Staņislavs Šeiko is the Head of strategic planning at Riga Municipal police. His main responsibilities include policy planning and collaborating with other institutions to enhance the competencies of local law enforcement. Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Social Science at the University of Latvia, specialising in the study of sociology of violence and radicalisation. A guest lecturer at the Latvian State Police College, where his main responsibility is to instruct first responders on how to successfully negotiate radicalised individuals.
