As the Head of the Mobile Network Department, Oliver is responsible for developing and running mobile networks in Estonia for Telia. He’s been working in Telia Estonia for 16 years in the mobile network area – monitoring, planning, deploying, and optimizing mobile networks from 2G to 5G. He also closed one, 3G, in 2023.
Oliver holds a degree in telecommunications from Tallinn University of Technology and studied communication engineering at Chalmers University of Technology as an Erasmus student.
