Louise joined the UK Government’s Digital Infrastructure directorate in 2017, working initially on the 5G Testbeds & Trials programme, and then tackling barriers to deployment of infrastructure and then leading on the development of the 2023 Wireless Infrastructure Strategy. Before joining the civil service, Louise worked in the UK telecoms industry for more than 20 years in a variety of legal, regulatory and policy roles.
