Dr. Harri Kulmala is the CEO of DIMECC Ltd. – a unique co-creation platform for digital transformations. Dr. Kulmala has contributed to the European innovation system renewal and development of PPPs by creating and implementing novel co-creation methods.
Before that, he worked as a research professor at VTT and senior researcher at Tampere University of Technology. He has published more than 100 publications on industrial economics, leadership and management. Before the academic career, he worked for Metso corporation (Nordberg-Lokomo Oy).
In 2017, Dr. Kulmala was invited by commissioner Moedas to the Lamy Group to evaluate the impact of EU’s R&I programs and to design the next framework program, Horizon Europe 2021-2028.
