Oskars Teikmanis received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechatronics and Information Technology from the Technical University of Munich and is currently a research assistant at the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science (EDI) and a Ph.D. student at the University of Latvia.
Before joining EDI, he worked on semantically empowered robot perception at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and autonomous vehicles at Bosch.
In his current research, Oskars continues to work on cooperative autonomous robotics, including connected self-driving cars and physics-informed AI for advanced motion planning.
