Abdul Kader Khalil is a research associate in the IT Architectures for Digital Production team at Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart, Germany. He has both theoretical and experimental experience in industrial telecommunication and the development of products and platform applications.
In addition, Abdul is active in implementing software artifacts for Smart Manufacturing applications focusing on IIoT, intelligent communication infrastructure, and 5G technology.
Abdul holds an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and a B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. He has worked on several European and German national research projects (e.g., 5G4KMU, ZCPS, 5G-SynergieRegion, and DIATOMIC) focusing on manufacturing IT solutions.
