Arturs has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, working with the development of new business areas by introducing services that have contributed significantly to the use of digital solutions. He is keen on introducing new and innovative solutions that can substantially change or improve user experience and create an environment for more efficient daily human mobility, logistics, and digital infrastructure.
Since 2017, Arturs has been the head of LMT’s mobility direction for the development of business management solutions. Thus, over the last three years, significant research and developments have been made in various directions: connected and autonomous mobility, the applications of the MaaS, logistical solutions, the digitalization of traffic infrastructure, and more.
