Xavier has 15+ years of experience across different companies and sectors such as new technologies, banking, pharmaceutical industry, international trading, media & entertainment, focusing on business and strategy management. Xavier also has experience in entrepreneurship.
In 2017, he started working at MWCapital within the Going Digital program as a Digital Transformation Business Development Manager and now is the Head of Digital Innovation within the Intelligent Connectivity program there.
Xavier is a graduate of Electronic Arts and Digital Design (URL & ESDI – Sabadell, 2003), a program for management development (ESADE – Barcelona, 2019), and an exchange program in Strategic Innovation and Cross-Cultural Management (HEC – Paris, 2018). He also holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Relations (ESEI Business School – 2016) and is a postgraduate in Sales Management (ESIC Business & Marketing School – 2010).
